A reverse-countdown CCTV mystery.

A rocket explodes at T-0:00. You are COUNT, the launch-control AI that ran that countdown — and your archive is wiped at dawn.

The tape only plays backwards. Walk it from T-1 to T-10, one minute at a time, and read the frames: who was running, who was stopped, who signed off. Anything you examine hands you a word. Every minute you solve becomes one line of the incident report you will file with the last minute of power you have.

The cause is not at the start. It is ten minutes before it, in a log that was answered with a single word.

HOW TO PLAY

Click anything in a frame to examine it. Words you collect land in the evidence drawer.

Click a blank, then click a word to fill it in — then CONFIRM.

REPLAY re-runs the clip; drag the strip under it to scrub frame by frame.

Stuck? Some words were only ever recorded in an EARLIER still. The tape runs both ways — and after a while the archive will offer you a hint.

A 15-20 minute case. No timers, no fail states — a wrong entry just hands the words back. Two endings, and only one of them is the truth.
